Could not open mysql.plugin table. Some plugins may be not loaded

Error: Could not open mysql.plugin table. Some plugins may be not loaded

Solution:

1. Goto xampp folder
2. Open mysql folder
3. now open data folder
4. rename aria_log.00000001 file to aria_log.00000001.bk
5. try starting mysql server again
6. please write comment if it does not work
